Water Dryphon

A Dryphon not commonly seen for they usually live in the oceans and lakes. Long and lean, these beasts have huge webbed feet, small ears and eyes that are adapted to the depths they dive to. They can hold their breath for hours if they must.

Said height is about seven to eight feet from bottom of the paws to the top of the head. They have a crest starting from the tip of their nose and ending at where the neck connects to the body. Their colors range from a mottled grey green to a murky brown. Claws are not retractable but they are not that long to begin with.

There is also legend that an ancient people coincided with these Dryphons. They hunted and swam with them. Mysteriously these people disappeared along with all knowledge or connection with the Water Dryphons.
